How to make keto alfredo sauce
Alfredo sauce is one of the most versatile sauces. It goes well with pasta, veggies, fish, shrimp and chicken. This alfredo sauce is gluten-free, keto-friendly and low carb!
- Once the salmon is baked, transfer it to a plate.
- In the same skillet cook broccoli until tender, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream, bring to a simmer. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
- Finally, stir in the parmesan cheese and cook until it melts. The sauce is ready in minutes!
I din't add flour to make it edible for all my readers. If you find that the sauce is too runny, feel free to add some flour or more parmesan cheese to thicken it.
