๐Ÿ˜Why Youโ€™ll Love It

  • Lighter but Still Creamy โ€“ No mayo, just thick Greek yogurt for that signature ranch texture.
  • Fresh & Flavorful โ€“ Bright herbs and lemon juice make this a fresh and zesty dressing.
  • Versatile โ€“ Use it for salads, dipping, or spreading on sandwiches.
  • Quick & Easy โ€“ Ready in 10 minutes with just a handful of ingredients.

โœ…What Youโ€™ll Need

This homemade ranch with Greek yogurt uses simple, fresh ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen.

  • Greek Yogurt โ€“ The base of this recipe, giving it a thick and creamy texture. Use whole milk or 2% for the best taste.
  • Fresh Garlic โ€“ Grating it with a microplane ensures a smooth consistency.
  • Fresh Dill & Chives (or Green Onions) โ€“ Key to that classic ranch flavor. If fresh isnโ€™t available, use ยฝ teaspoon dried dill and 1 teaspoon dried chives.
  • Lemon Juice โ€“ Balances the richness and brightens up the dressing. You can also use white vinegar if needed.
  • Salt & Black Pepper โ€“ Essential for seasoning.
  • Water โ€“ Helps adjust the consistency. Use less for a thick dip, more for a pourable dressing.

๐Ÿ”ชHow to Make Greek Yogurt Ranch

Mix Everything โ€“ In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, chives (or green onions), and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper.

Adjust Consistency โ€“ Add 3 tablespoons of water for a thick dip or up to 6 tablespoons for a pourable dressing.

Taste & Serve โ€“ Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or let it chill for 30 minutes for the best flavor.

๐Ÿฝ๏ธWays to Use This Yogurt Ranch Dressing

  • Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip โ€“ Perfect for veggies, chips, or crispy chicken wings.
  • Yogurt Ranch Dressing โ€“ Toss it with salads, slaw, or grain bowls.
  • Spread for Sandwiches & Wraps โ€“ Adds a creamy, tangy touch to chicken wraps or Chicken Burgers.

Pro Tip: Make a double batchโ€”it disappears fast!

๐Ÿ—„๏ธStorage Tips

  • โœ” Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • โœ” Shake or stir before serving, as it may thicken over time.
  • โŒ Not recommended for freezing due to the yogurt base.
