- 2 garlic cloves grated, on a microplane grater
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts, sliced horizontally to make 4 fillets
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425ยฐF.
- Coat each chicken fillet with the mayonnaise mixture, then dredge in breadcrumbs.
- Put the breaded chicken fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Is there a trick to getting the coating so crispy. I did about 12 minutes and the chicken was cooked but it wasnโt as crispy on top as yours. Should it be closer to the top of the oven?
