✅Ingredient Notes
- Boursin Cheese: If you don’t have Boursin, cream cheese works as a great substitute for a smooth, creamy texture.
- Shredded Chicken: Rotisserie chicken is a quick option, but you can also boil or bake chicken breasts and shred them yourself.
- Frozen Spinach: Be sure to fully thaw and squeeze out excess liquid to avoid making the dish watery.
- Pasta: Cook the penne until al dente so it holds up well when mixed with the sauce.

🔪How to Make Spinach Dip Chicken Pasta
Boil pasta until al dente, reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then set aside.

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In an oven-safe skillet, heat sour cream, Boursin cheese, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning until smooth.

Stir in spinach and chicken. If the mixture looks dry, add some pasta water to thin it out and make it creamier.

Then mix in the cooked pasta.

Top with mozzarella and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Broil for 2 minutes to brown, then serve warm.
Recipe Variations
- Add Bacon: Crisp bacon bits give the dish a smoky, savory touch.
- Spicy Kick: Toss in red pepper flakes or jalapeños for some heat.
- Veggie Boost: Add mushrooms, bell peppers, or zucchini to up the veggie content.
- Low-Carb: Replace pasta with zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice for a lighter option.

🗄️Storage and Reheating
To store, transfer any leftovers to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3-4 days. For reheating, microwave individual portions, or reheat in the oven at 350°F until warmed through. Add a splash of chicken broth or water when reheating to keep the pasta from drying out and to maintain its creamy texture.
