Baked Lemon Butter Garlic Salmon is the easiest and crazy delicious salmon recipe I’ve ever made. Salmon is tender, flaky and incredibly flavorful. The lemon butter is very aromatic and adds so much flavor! The recipe requires only a few ingredients and 20 minutes. Perfect for weeknight dinner to impress your family or guests.
Baked Salmon in foil
Most of my Salmon recipes are very easy. Have a look at my baked Garlic Butter Salmon, Creamy Tuscan Salmon, Spinach Stuffed Salmon. They don’t take more than 20 minutes. This is one of the reasons why I love salmon and cook at least once a week.
Baking salmon in foil with lemon butter sauce gives salmon so much flavor and makes salmon very moist.
How long to bake salmon at 375 in foil?
I found that it takes 12-15 minutes to bake one side of salmon, to reach an internal temperature of 145 / 65 C in the thickest part. Later I usually broil it for another 2-3 minutes.
Salmon with garlic butter lemon sauce
This simple sauce is out of this world! It is literally so good that you can make it and use it with chicken, pasta, scallops and shrimp. I used honey for a healthier version, but if you are allergic to certain types of honey, go with brown sugar. All the flavors are so well balanced in this sauce. I am sure you will crave this salmon dish because of the sauce!
