In a small bowl combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic and honey. Pour the mixture over the seasoned salmon and spread evenly using a spoon, then top with lemon slices. Cover the tray with another piece of foil and bake salmon for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, open the foil , sprinkle salmon with chopped parsley and return to the oven to broil for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Serve immediately with
steamed broccoli,
mashed potatoes, or
jasmine rice.
