Instant Iced Coffee

Even though, I have many options for great iced coffee, I prefer to make it at home. Simply because it is quite expensive to buy it every day.

Come one, it takes seriously just 1 minute to make this iced coffee. You usually spend more time ordering and waiting for your order. It is the simplest recipe out there! You will need instant coffee, half & half/ milk, vanilla syrup (or sugar), water and ice cubes.

This coffee will be ready in an instant because it is made with instant coffee. You can use any brand. Personally I like Nescafe. Keep in mind that you can’t substitute instant coffee with ground coffee beans. The last will not dissolve easily.

Ratio coffee to water

Nobody can tell you how much coffee you will need per one cup of water. Tastes differ and it depends on your personal preference. I recommend this ratio: 1 teaspoon of instant coffee per 1 cup of water. However, you might need to add 1 ½ to 2 ½ teaspoon.

How to make Starbucks iced coffee

If you are addicted to iced coffee from Starbucks, you can use this recipe. It will taste just like their coffee. But make sure to use vanilla syrup. If you have Starbucks vanilla sugar-free syrup, use it to get the best results.

Don’t like when coffee is getting watered down because of ice cubes? Freeze extra coffee in an ice tray and use it later!

Store the coffee without ice cubes for up to 2 days in the refrigerator. When making ahead of time, use ice cubes made with coffee. Simply freeze extra coffee in an ice tray and use later. It guarantees great taste!
