These skewers were a hit at my barbecue! The honey garlic sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and savory. I basted the chicken a few extra times while grilling, and the flavor was insane!

Great idea with the extra basting, Tyler! So glad they were a hit at your BBQ!
Lisa Kelly says
Is it possible to make these skewers with chicken breast? If so how would you adjust air fryer cook time?
Recipe looks delicious - can't wait to make it.
Tatiana says
Hi Lisa! Great question—and thank you! 😊 Yes, you can absolutely make these skewers with chicken breast instead of thighs. Since chicken breast is leaner and cooks a bit faster, I’d recommend air frying at 400°F for about 9–10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Just make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the pieces stay juicy. Keep an eye on them near the end so they don’t dry out. Let me know how it turns out! 💛
