Split pea soup holds a very special place in my heart. I’ve been eating this comforting soup since my childhood. My mom used to make it every Saturday. It took for her 2-4 hours in the kitchen, though it was absolutely delicious!

I’ve been craving Split pea soup recently and decided to adapt my mom’s recipe for my Instant Pot. Oh, Boy! I made it in less than an hour and was over the moon with the result.instant-pot-split-pea-soup
