How to Make Chicken Spinach Rice

Sautรฉ the Base: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the onions until soft, then add the garlic for a quick burst of flavor.

Add the Rice and Broth: Stir in the rice and pour over the chicken broth. Cover, reduce the heat, and let it simmer until the rice is tender and has soaked up all the broth.

Make It Creamy: Lower the heat, stir in the cream and freshly grated Parmesan until it melts into a silky sauce. Add the spinach and let it wilt.
