Shrimp Alfredo

Sometime I crave dishes like Shrimp Scampi or Shrimp Alfredo. And I donโ€™t feel like to go out to the restaurant to get a bowl of this comforting food.  I go to my kitchen to make it and in 20 minutes the perfect dinner is ready for any night of the week.

I can only imagine how delicious the shrimp would taste. Judging by the photos I bet it tastes just as good as it looks.

Did you realize you omitted the 1 cup of heavy cream ingredient from the preparation

Thanks for letting me know, Kevin!

In the same skillet melt butter and cream cheese over low heat, whisk until melted. Once the cream cheese is melted, add the heavy cream and cook further for 1 minute ( the sauce should be hot enough for Parmesan cheese to melt)
