I just want to tell you that buffalo chicken dip is the perfect game-day appetizer that is a must-make for all family events. The recipe is totally fail-proof, you can whip it out in no time because it’s very easy (just mix and bake). I have been making this dip for over two years now and all I get is rave reviews from my visitors, some even insist on getting the recipe before they leave. Do you want to see visitor use their fingers to lick the final remnants out? This is the secret.
One thing I realized, if you fail in your preparation of the buffalo chicken dip you will never reach its full deliciousness. To get the tastiest dip, boil the chicken (boneless wings or breast) on high for about two hours in the crockpot. This will make the chicken tender and when shredded it will give your dip the best ever texture and flavor. Alternatively, you can roast the chicken before shredding; this is my favorite way of making the dip because it adds a special and unique flavor.
I also insist on using fresh chicken rather than canned, it makes the buffalo chicken dip so delicious that your visitors never stop eating. If you are looking to save time you can use the rotisserie chicken, the recipe will come together quickly and the taste will be great. I use RedHot sauce for this recipe because it gives the dip some extra kicks even after a number of bites. Remember to add just the right amount of the sauce, too much of it will make the buffalo chicken dip too hot/spicy and using less amount won’t give the dip the right flavor. You should also use softened cream cheese, this makes it easy to combine with the other ingredients giving the dip an all-through flavor.
The buffalo chicken dip is also perfect for dieters; you can actually make changes to the recipe to fit it to your nutritional requirements.
Do not struggle anymore; here is the recipe to give you a different buffalo chicken dip experience. Make it today and share your experience with friends.

There are so many different ways to serve a Buffalo Chicken Dip. Slices of raw celery, bell peppers and cucumber, miniature corn and sugar snaps, green beans, Rosa tomatoes and baby carrots are all excellent options. The fresh taste of garden vegetables makes them a great vehicle for the rich dip. Lightly steam or fry broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms and baby marrows right before serving them to bring out their flavour. Buffalo Chicken Dip is amazing spread on fresh or toasted bread and it’s already got strips of chicken in it so you don’t need to add anything more to your sandwich topping! You could also keep it simple by serving the dip alongside a big bowl of nachos or corn chips. *Most recipes call for soft cream cheese, although smooth cottage cheese is a great option if you are looking to lower the calorie count. A quick way to soften cream cheese is to place it in the microwave for a few seconds. You can also add in crème fraîche as the dip can get quite heavy and this will add a beautiful lightness to it. Sour cream is also a great option in combination with cream cheese or cottage cheese.
