Description
Delicious and healthy baked fish fillets in creamy sauce with brocolli will become your signature dish.
Ingredients
- White Fish Fillets (fresh or frozen)- 2 kg
- Onion- 1 large
- Lemon- 2- 3 large
- Heavy cream -1-1.5 cup
- Garlic cloves- 5-6 ( grated)
- Garlic and chili seasoning- 3 tbsp
- Salt- To Taste
- White/Black pepper-To Taste
- Broccoli- 700 gm
Instructions
- In a medium bowl mix together heavy cream, grated garlic,seasoning, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the baking tray and spread it.
- Preheat your oven to 375 F. Place pieces of white fish in prepared baking tray with cream mixture. Sprinkle with dry herbs. Top with onion rings and lemon slices. Add broccoli. Bake 15-20 minutes.
