Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 ounces HOT smoked salmon
  • 2 ounces COLD smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped dill
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 –3 jalapenos roasted, seeds removed, and finely chopped*
  • Crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse on high a few times. Stop to scrape down the sides with a spatula, making sure there are no large chunks left. Pulse again until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Serve right away or cover and refrigerate until needed.

Notes

*Air fry jalapenos for 5-7 minutes at 400°F (200°C), shaking halfway through, until the skins are blistered and charred.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving again.
We don’t recommend freezing this spread due to the dairy!
