Sauteed Mushrooms and Onions For Burgers
Buttery sautéed mushrooms and onions are so good! It is a perfect side dish. Ready in less than 15 minutes. A great addition to steaks, burgers, soups or stews.

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 pound 500 g Cremini or button mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 medium onions thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
Melt butter in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
Add the mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce, season with pepper and cook until they start to turn brown (about 4-5 minutes).
Add the onions and cook until they become translucent, about 4 minutes. Keep stirring every minute.
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the garlic in the last minute, stirring continuously. Season with salt to your liking.
Sprinkle with rosemary and serve with steaks, burgers or as a side dish.
