Ingredients

Instructions

  • Make the Sauce: In a large bowl, combine buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, oil, paprika, celery salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Divide the Sauce: Pour half the sauce into a separate bowl for later use.
  • Marinate Chicken: Add the chicken to the remaining sauce in the large bowl. Toss to coat well.
  • Assemble Skewers: Thread 4-5 marinated chicken cubes onto each pre-soaked skewer, leaving space between each cube.
  • Cooking: Air fry the skewers at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Serve: Remove skewers from the air fryer, place on a platter, and drizzle with the reserved sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley, drizzle with some ranch dressing( if desired) and serve.

Notes

Store leftover chicken skewers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Alternatively, remove the chicken from the skewers before storing. Reheat in the oven, microwave, or skillet. Keep leftover buffalo ranch sauce in the refrigerator and brush it over reheated chicken before serving.
