Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil like Canola
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- ½ cup finely diced red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger, optional
- 1/4 cup green onions, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced ( or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
- Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion out the patties, then flatten them between your hands. Add the turkey patties to the preheated skillet in small batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned before flipping. Keep cooking until the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
- Repeat with the remaining meat mixture.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Storage: Place them in an airtight container or wrap in plastic wrap. Keep them in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. If you want to store them for longer, freeze the patties in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
