Spaghetti Seasoning

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  • You can break up any larger  herbs, using a spice grinder or food processor if desired. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
  • Shake when ready to use. Add the seasoning to your pasta sauce as it cooks.

Storage

You can store homemade spice blends, particularly if you’re using dried herbs and spices, for months. They keep for ages, so if you aren’t making spaghetti any time soon, you can run this spice mix as a set-and-forget treat. It will keep in an airtight container in your pantry or cupboard for up to six months. You should be sure to shake the container before use in order to distribute your ingredients.
