Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil- 3/4 cup
  • Green olives- 2 tbsp
  • Thinly sliced scallions- 1/2 cup
  • Fresh lemon juice- 1/4 cup
  • Garlic cloves minced- 4
  • Red onion diced- 1/2 cup
  • Chili sauce-1/4 cup
  • Whole grain mustard-1/4 cup
  • Horseradish- 1 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley chopped- 1/4 cup
  • Paprika- 1 tsp
  • Cayenne powder-1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper-1 tsp
  • White pepper- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt- 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in your blender or food processor.
  • Process until emulsified.
  • Serve with Crab cakes or Cajun egg rolls.
  • You can store remoulade sauce up to 4 days in the fridge.
