Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts about 2 large breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Fresh herbs to garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt (only if needed), and black pepper until smooth.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread the mayo-Parmesan mixture evenly over the tops.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).
  • For a golden, slightly crispy topping, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes at the end.
  • Serve hot with a side of vegetables, rice, or pasta.

Notes

  • Freezing: This chicken freezes well for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge, then reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350°F until warmed through.
  • Substitutions: Greek yogurt or sour cream can replace mayonnaise for a lighter option. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs may also be used (adjust cooking time slightly).
