How to Peel Garlic Fast

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic head

Instructions

  • Separate the cloves from the root, using the palm of your hand.  Simply put your palm on the garlic bulb and push down.
  • Place unpeeled garlic cloves in a large jar, bowl or sealable container. It should be much larger than the garlic.
  • Close the jar or container. Shake it energetically for about 30 seconds.
  • Discard all the garlic peel and get rid of any that  still be attached. It usually comes off very easily.

Notes

Storage: You can store any peeled garlic cloves ( minced, sliced or crushed) in  the refrigerator  for 8-10 days.
