- Brown rice soaked-2 cups
- Ghee- 1 tbsp.
- Water/Stock- 2 1/2 cup
- Salt- to taste
Transfer the soaked rice into a fine-mesh,rinse and drain well.
Turn on the Instant pot, choose "Saute" mode and set time for 2 min. Add ghee and melt it. Press "Cancel".
Then add brown rice to the Instant Pot and mix with ghee.
Pour in water and add salt, then seal the lid of the Instant pot, choose "Pressure Cook" mode and set time +/- for 15 minutes. Press "Cancel" and allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
Open the pot and fluff the brown rice, using a fork. Serve with veggies or meat curry.
