  • 8 ounces shishito peppers ( you can get them at farmers markets some grocery stores, and Trader Joe's
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse the shishito peppers and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the peppers with olive oil until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the peppers in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 6-8 minutes in one batch, shaking the basket every couple of minutes to ensure even cooking.
  • When the peppers are charred and blistered on the outside, remove them from the air fryer.
  • Sprinkle salt over the peppers and serve with lemon wedges immediately.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Storage: If you have leftover air fryer shishito peppers, you can store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To store, place them in an airtight container or resealable bag and refrigerate.
