Garlic Sauce
- 1 clove garlic grated on a Microplane or finely minced
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 teaspoons buttermilk or water
- 1/2 teaspoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pizza
- 1 package 13 ounces pizza dough, or homemade pizza dough
- 2-3 dill pickles thinly sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 3 tablespoons fresh grated parmesan cheese
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Make the sauce: Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
Pizza: Stretch the pizza dough to form a 12-inch circle. It can be placed on a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the garlic sauce and put the sliced pickles, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 16-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust turns golden. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes before cutting and serving.
