Dill Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Place the dip in an airtight container and refrigerate it overnight. (If it will be sitting outside for over two hours, keep a bowl of the dip on ice to maintain freshness and safety.)

Notes

Store: Transfer the dip into an airtight container and chill it in the fridge overnight. (If the dip is going to be out for more than two hours, place a bowl of it on ice to keep it fresh and safe.) It will last in the refrigerator for 3-4 days when stored properly in an airtight container.
