- Chickpeas cooked- 1 can (15 oz)
- Roasted carrots sliced-1 cup, about 3 medium carrots
- Garlic cloves-2
- Tahini-1 tbsp.
- Cumin powder- 1 tsp.
- Coriander powder-1/2 tsp.
- Sriracha- 1 tbsp.
- Lemon juice -3 tbsp half of lemon
- Olive oil-1/4 cup
- Salt-to taste
Garnish
- Olive oil
- Chickpeas-5-8
- Toasted walnuts-2-3
- Black sesame seeds- 1/2 tsp.
- Dill leaves- 1 tsp.
- Black olives- as needed
Add chickpeas, roasted carrots, garlic cloves, tahini, cumin powder, sriracha sauce, coriander powder,salt and lemon juice into a food processor or blender, blend until finely minced. Gradually add olive oil while blending and blend until smooth.
Transfer hummus onto a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with toasted walnuts, chickpeas, black sesame seeds and dill leaves. Enjoy!
