- 2 cups fresh blueberries or frozen
- 2 medium lemons peeled and quartered
- ½ small orange peeled
- 2 inches fresh ginger root peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey raw preferred
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric optional
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup coconut water
Blend everything: Add the blueberries, lemons, ginger, honey, turmeric (optional), black pepper, coconut water, and orange to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth: Blend on high until fully combined and smooth.
Strain (optional): For a smoother, shot-style texture, strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth. Skip this step if you prefer it thicker with fiber.
Pour into small glasses or bottles. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2–3 days.
