- 2 bagels, halved
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1 medium Avocado, peeled, stoned and sliced into thin strips
- 4 ounces smoked salmon slices
- 2 tablespoons capers
- Fresh Dill, to serve
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, lemon juice, fresh parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Evenly distribute the ingredients and assemble the sandwich in the following order: start with the bottom bagel slice, then layer with herb cream cheese, avocado, salmon, capers, a pinch of dill, and finally, top it off with the remaining bagel slice.
