Ingredients

  • Boiled chicken fillet- 600 gm
  • Mezze Maniche Di Rigate- 300 gm
  • Italian portobello mushrooms- 300 gm
  • Olive oil- 1/2 cup
  • Canola Oil- 5 tbsp
  • Black pepper- 1 tsp
  • White pepper-1 tsp
  • Parmesan Cheese- ToTaste
  • Basil Leaves- 6-7
  • Salt- To Taste

Instructions

  1. Grind boiled chicken fillet in your meat grinder. Set it aside.
  2. Wash mushrooms & chop them. Take a medium pan, add 5 tbsp of Canola Oil, heat it. Add chopped mushrooms. Fry 10-15 minutes.
  3. Cook MEZZE MANICHE DI RIGATE PASTA as per instructions. Drain and rinse.
  4. Heat 1/2 cup of olive oil, add cooked pasta and toss for 5-10 min. Add ground chicken, black/white pepper, salt and mushrooms. Mix well and continue tossing for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
  6. Viola! Easy but absolutely delicious Mezze Maniche Di Rigate Paste With Chicken and Mushrooms.
