Garlic Sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, grated on a Microplane or finely minced
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup  mayonnaise
  • 1-2 teaspoons buttermilk or water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Pizza

  • 1 package (13 ounces) pizza dough, or homemade pizza dough
  • 2-3 dill pickles, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup  mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons fresh grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Make the sauce: Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  • Pizza: Stretch the pizza dough to form a 12-inch circle. It can be placed on a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread the garlic sauce and put the sliced pickles, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 16-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust turns golden. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes before cutting and serving.
