- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pizza
- 1 package (13 ounces) pizza dough, or homemade pizza dough
- 2-3 dill pickles, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons fresh grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Make the sauce: Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Pizza: Stretch the pizza dough to form a 12-inch circle. It can be placed on a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the garlic sauce and put the sliced pickles, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 16-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust turns golden. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes before cutting and serving.
