Description

Ingredients

  • 2 blocks (8 ounces each) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup  dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup deli ham, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, diced
  • chopped pickles, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, dill pickles, diced ham, ranch seasoning, dill weed, garlic powder and finely chopped green onions. Stir until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
  • Serve the dip with crackers.

Notes

Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge to keep it fresh for up to 4 days. If you find yourself out of crackers or chips, this versatile dip also makes a delicious spread for burgers and sandwiches.
