Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1½ cups shredded Monterey Jack
- 1 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1½ cups sour cream
- 1 (10.5-oz) can Unsalted Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Soup
- 1½ cups crushed Ritz crackers
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- Green onions for garnish
Toppings ( optional)
- Pickled jalapenos for a spicy kick
- Drizzle of ranch dressing or hot sauce for extra flavor.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly coat a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Mix together chicken, Ranch seasoning, onion powder, black pepper, Monterey Jack, bacon, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle the mixture over the chicken mixture.
- Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions.
- Serve and enjoy!

Storage
It keeps well in the fridge and is great for reheating later! Just store it in a sealed container for up to 3-4 days. When you're ready to eat, simply microwave it in short intervals until it's heated through. Or, you can warm it on the stove over medium heat. Easy and delicious for meals throughout the week!
Freezing
Allow to cool completely before freezing. Transfer it to a freezer-safe container. Label the container with the date and contents. Freeze for up to 2-3 months.
