Garlic Turmeric Rice

The BEST yellow rice ever!

You’ll only need about 20 minutes on the stovetop to get this yellow rice together!

Ingredients you will need to make this fantastic yellow rice.

1. Sauté onion and garlic. Add turmeric and rice. Mix to combine.

2. Add the stock, salt and pepper. Mix well and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes or until the water has been absorbed.

3. Remove from the heat and set aside for 5 minutes before fluffing the rice with a fork. 

4. Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.  Serve and enjoy!
