1.Prep the veggies.

2. In skillet, heat oil. Sauté onion until soft (5 mins), add garlic, cook 1 min. Add mushrooms, cook 10 mins till liquid evaporates. Cool.

3.Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix turkey, potato, quinoa, veggies, mustard, Worcestershire, eggs, seasoning in bowl.

Bake 30 mins, add ketchup, bake 20 mins more until cooked (160°F). Check with thermometer.
