Italian Meatloaf with Ricotta Cheese

– Chop onion, garlic and parsley in a food processor with an S-blade attachment.
Combine all the ingredients for this meatloaf. Shape meatloaf. Bake for 50 minutes.
Mix together the tomato sauce (marinara), onion powder and Italian seasoning. Spread over the meatloaf. Bake further for 15 minutes.
Serve with spaghetti and fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
