These meatballs are full of flavor from the pesto and are baked until just right. Then, there's the sauce - it's creamy and rich with the taste of sun-dried tomatoes.

You will Need

1. Combine meatball ingredients in a bowl and form into 18-20 medium-sized meatballs.

2. Put meatballs on a baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and cooked through.

3. Melt butter on medium heat. Add garlic and sun-dried tomato paste, cook for 1 min. Add cream, simmer for 2 minutes.  

4. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in Parmesan until melted.

5.Put the baked meatballs in the sauce, cook for 2 minutes until it thickens. Garnish with parsley.

Serve with your favorite pasta or just some fresh bread. It's perfect for family dinners or when friends come over.
