Lemon Blueberry Bundt Cake

Lemony blueberry goodness in a Bundt!!

A delicious and moist lemon blueberry Bundt cake that's perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients you will need to make this blueberry bundt cake.

1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk the ingredients together until they are well combined.

2. Beat the butter and sugar together until  light and fluffy. After that, add the eggs one at a time.

3. Next, add the lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and oil to the mixture, and mix everything together until it is well combined.

4. Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl, alternating with the sour cream. Begin and end with the dry ingredients,.

5.  Toss the blueberries with 1 tablespoon of flour until they are completely coated. Then, using a spatula, gently fold the blueberries into the batter.

6. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes.

7. After the cake has completely cooled, pour the glaze over the top and allow it to set for a few minutes before serving.
