Best Lamb Shank Stew

Fall off the bone lamb shanks in a delicious gravy!!!

These lamb shanks are absolutely perfect for your Sunday dinner.

Ingredients you will need to make this fantastic stew.

1. Sear the shanks until browned all over, about 8-10 minutes.

2. Saute the carrots and onions until softened, about 2-3 minutes, then add garlic. Return the shanks.

3. Add stock, puree, tomato sauce, bay leaves, bouillon cubes and herbs. Cook for 3 hours in the oven.

4. Remove from the oven when ready and adjust salt and pepper.

4.  Serve and enjoy!
