Heat oil in a large skillet .
Saute onion and garlic.
Allow to cool down for 1-2 minutes.

Mix
Mix all the ingredients JUST until combined. Don’t overmix otherwise the steaks will be tough.

Pan sear
Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in the same skillet. Brown the steaks in batches, about for 2 minutes

Make the Gravy
In the same skillet heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Saute onion until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook further until golden.

Return the steaks back to the skillet, pour the beef broth; add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

Combine cornstarch with water. Gradually add the mixture into the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
