A Healthier Spin on Classic Meatloaf

This Turkey Meatloaf takes the traditional meatloaf and gives it a healthier makeover without compromising on taste.

At the heart of this recipe is lean ground turkey, which provides a lighter alternative to beef while still delivering a satisfying and juicy texture.

You'll need

1. Make the glaze by whisking ketchup, brown sugar, cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Set aside for later.

2. Combine all meatloaf ingredients in a bowl. Divide mixture in half and shape into two portions on baking sheet.

3.Shape portions into loaves (1½" high, 6" long, 4" wide) with shallow hollow in center. Pour sauce over loaves, spreading evenly and allowing it to drip down the sides.

4.Bake for about 45 minutes until fully cooked. Remove excess fat from sides and let rest for 10 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes! Enjoy!
