In a small bowl combine Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt and pepper.
2.Cook your tortellini as per package instructions. Drain once cooked.
Transfer garlic to a heavy bottomed skillet together with the butter.
Once it smells nutty, add the heavy cream, seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
Add the cooked tortellini and toss to coat.
