Carrot Cake

This carrot cake recipe is one you need. A fluffy and moist homemade carrot cake with a luxurious cream!

You do not need to have much skills to make a cake. In fact, not just a cake but a great carrot cake.

 Ingredients: -Pecan nuts -Carrot -Eggs -Sugar -Oil -Flour -Cinnamon - Vanilla extract.....

1. Put nuts in a processor bowl and pulse until they are ground as you like. 2. Grate the carrots using a food processor or grater.

 In another large bowl beat the eggs until frothy . Add the sugar and vanilla extract and beat until the batter is thick on high speed.

Fold in the grated carrots and chopped nuts.Pour the batter into the prepared pans, place in the oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes.

 Remove the cakes from oven and let cool on a wire rack. After 10-15 minutes invert the cakes onto the wire rack, remove the pans and parchment paper.

Decorate the cake with cream cheese frosting and chopped pecan nuts.
