Description
Buttery sautéed mushrooms and onions are so good! It is a perfect side dish. Ready in less than 15 minutes. A great addition to steaks, burgers, soups or stews.

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 pound (500 g) Cremini or button mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce, season with pepper and cook until they start to turn brown (about 4-5 minutes).
- Add the onions and cook until they become translucent, about 4 minutes. Keep stirring every minute.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the garlic in the last minute, stirring continuously. Season with salt to your liking.
- Sprinkle with rosemary and serve with steaks, burgers or as a side dish.
