This creamy and tangy homemade Remoulade Sauce is one of the best sauces for seafood. If you have never tried it before, you must give it a try.
Ingredients
- Vegetable oil- 3/4 cup
- Green olives- 2 tbsp
- Thinly sliced scallions- 1/2 cup
- Fresh lemon juice- 1/4 cup
- Garlic cloves ( minced)- 4
- Red onion ( diced)- 1/2 cup
- Chili sauce-1/4 cup
- Whole grain mustard-1/4 cup
- Horseradish- 1 tbsp
- Fresh parsley ( chopped)- 1/4 cup
- Paprika- 1 tsp
- Cayenne powder-1/4 tsp
- Black pepper-1 tsp
- White pepper- 1/2 tsp
- Salt- 1 tsp
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in your blender or food processor.
- Process until emulsified.
- Serve with Crab cakes or Cajun egg rolls.
- You can store remoulade sauce up to 4 days in the fridge.
