Description

Baked Lemon Butter Garlic Salmon is the easiest and crazy delicious salmon recipe I’ve ever made. Salmon is tender, flaky and incredibly flavorful. The lemon butter is very aromatic and adds so much flavor! The recipe requires only a few ingredients and 20 minutes. Perfect for weeknight dinner to impress your family or guests.

  • 1 Side of salmon- 1 kg/ 2.2 pound
  • Salt- as needed
  • Ground black pepper- 1/2 tsp.
  • Dried parsley-1/2 tsp.
  • Dill seeds- 1/2 tsp.
  • Butter ( melted)- 1/3 cup
  • Fresh lemon juice- 1/4 cup
  • Garlic cloves (finely chopped)- 4-5
  • Honey- 1 tbsp.
  • Lemon slices-3-4
  • Fresh parsley ( finely chopped)-1 tbsp.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F | 190°C with the rack in the low-medium position. Line a baking tray with a large piece of foil. Place salmon onto it. Season generously with salt, ground black pepper, dried parsley and sprinkle dill seeds.
  • In a small bowl combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic and honey. Pour  the mixture over the seasoned salmon and spread evenly using a spoon, then top with lemon slices. Cover the tray with another piece of foil and bake salmon for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, open the foil , sprinkle salmon with chopped parsley and return to the oven to broil for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Serve immediately with steamed broccoli, mashed potatoes, or jasmine rice.
