  • Shrimp ( peeled, deveined with tails off or on)- 500 gm or 1 pound
  • Garlic cloves (finely chopped)-4-5
  • Red bell pepper (cut into pieces)-1
  • Green bell pepper (cut into pieces)-1
  • Roasted peanuts- 1/4 cups
  • Salt- to taste
  • For Kung Pao Sauce
  • Soy sauce- 1/4 cup
  • Brown sugar-1 tsp.
  • Szechuan sauce-1 tsp.
  • Sesame oil-2 tsp
  • Cornstarch- 1 tsp.
  • Water-1 tsp.
