If you like the Japanese cuisine, you will love this Gluten Free, tangy Homemade Japanese salad dressing.
Ingredients
- Carrot ( cubed)-1/2 cup
- Celery ( chopped)- 1/4 cup
- Onion ( chopped)- 1/4 cup
- Ginger ( minced)- 2 tbsp.
- Orange ( peeled, seeded and cubed)-1
- Light soy sauce- 1 1/2 tbsp.
- Rice vinegar- 1/4 cup
- Ketchup - 1 1/4 tbsp.
- Mayonnaise- 1 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil- 1/2 cup
- Sugar- 1 tsp.
- Salt- to taste
Instructions
- Blend the carrots, onions, celery, orange and ginger in a food processor until pureed.
- Transfer to a medium bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients ( soy sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, sugar and rice vinegar) and mix until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt, if required.
- Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
- Stir well before serving.
