Ingredients

  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice-1 tbsp
  • White Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream- 1-2 tbsp
  • Fresh milk ( of your choice)- 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Pour the milk into a medium saucepan/bowl.
  2. Stir in the sour cream, white vinegar and lemon juice.
  3. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes until the milk starts to curdle. It will become acidic.
  4. Store in the fridge up to 1 week.
