Ingredients
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice-1 tbsp
- White Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Sour cream- 1-2 tbsp
- Fresh milk ( of your choice)- 2 cups
Instructions
- Pour the milk into a medium saucepan/bowl.
- Stir in the sour cream, white vinegar and lemon juice.
- Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes until the milk starts to curdle. It will become acidic.
- Store in the fridge up to 1 week.
