Makes 4 1/2 cup or 36 fl.oz
This Ranch Dressing is 100 % better than any store bought bottle. Easy to make and goes well with salads, pastas and chicken.
Ingredients
- Sour cream- 1 1/2 cup
- Buttermilk- 1 cup
- Mayonnaise- 1 1/2 cup
- Worcestershire sauce- 3 tbsp.
- Vinegar ( 5 %)- 2 tbsp.
- Lemon juice-2 tbsp.
- Celery seeds- 1 tsp.
- Shallot ( minced)-1 tbsp.
- Whole grain Dijon mustard- 1 tbsp.
- Parsley ( chopped)-1 tbsp.
- Chives (minced)- 1 tbsp.
- Garlic ( minced)- 1 tsp.
- Salt- to taste
- Black pepper ( ground)- to taste
Instructions
- In a large large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Adjust salt and pepper, then transfer to an airtight container, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Stir well before serving.
- This Ranch-style-dressing can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
