Description

Makes 4 1/2 cup or 36 fl.oz

This Ranch Dressing is 100 % better than any store bought bottle. Easy to make and goes well with salads, pastas and chicken.


Ingredients

  • Sour cream- 1 1/2 cup
  • Buttermilk- 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise- 1 1/2 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce- 3 tbsp.
  • Vinegar ( 5 %)- 2 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice-2 tbsp.
  • Celery seeds- 1 tsp.
  • Shallot ( minced)-1 tbsp.
  • Whole grain Dijon mustard- 1 tbsp.
  • Parsley ( chopped)-1 tbsp.
  • Chives (minced)- 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic ( minced)- 1 tsp.
  • Salt- to taste
  • Black pepper ( ground)- to taste
  • Homemade ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Adjust salt and pepper, then transfer to an airtight container, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  3. Stir well before serving.
  4. This Ranch-style-dressing can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
