  1. Slice cucumbers, cut capsicum into strips
  2. Chop lettuce into bite-sized pieces, slice your onion into thin rings and soak for 10 minutes in a small bowl of vinegar+ olive oil, it will make onion less sharp.Chop feta cheese.
  3. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves.
  4. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix and garnish just before serving.
